First Cosworth Impreza STI CS400 delivered

When Cosworth unveiled the Impreza STI CS400, they announced only 75 customers will have the chance to drive one. First customer is already enjoying his CS400. His name is Edwards and comes from Chipping Camden, Gloucestershire and paid £49,995 for it.

The car will deliver an impressive 400PS (395 hp) at 5750rpm and will make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.7 seconds. This is an impressive task compared to the standard Impreza WRX STI at 300PS / 296bhp at 6,000rpm with a 5.2 second sprint.

"As a huge Impreza fan I’m thrilled to be the first to take delivery of the ultimate incarnation of the model line," enthused Edwards. "The CS400 is everything I’d hoped it’d be and more. The performance is simply astounding and to know I’m one of just 75 people in the world to own one… well, it’s a very special feeling.
