The 2011 Ford Escape

Trim packages available for the 2010 Ford Escape include the basic XLS, XLT, and Limited editions. As stated before, each is offered in either front wheel drive or all wheel drive. Basic models come with the new drivers side mirror that supposedly improves the viewing ability in the "blind spot" area.

The XLT and Limited trims feature the same 2.5 liter engine coupled with a six-speed automatic transmission. A 240 horsepower 3.0 liter V6 is an available upgrade on Limited models of the Escape. The Escape Hybrid offers buyers an eco-friendly alternative to regular SUVs. It's hybrid system provides increased mileage & reduced emissions, while still providing all the traditional useful SUV features.
