I'm biased when it comes to this model because I was on hand at the 2008 North American International Auto Show in Detroit when the concept of this coupe was rolled out. Its striking design captivated the audience, especially its non-existent B-pillar. Safety considerations required slight changes to the coupe's appearance since then, with a very discreet B-pillar added in. Other than that, the original beauty we saw way back when is what consumers can now buy.

For those interested in getting more push out of their 2010 Cadillac CTS, the same engine is available except it uses direct injection, which means it pumps gasoline directly into the cylinders in a mist, which in turn results in a higher power output than traditional engines. This is the first type produced by an American automaker, and it is believed to produce cleaner emissions than traditional fuel injection systems. The system produces an impressive 304 horsepower and 273 pound feet of torque. Test drivers have gone from 0 to 60 in just 6.5 seconds using the this configuration. The engine has the same transmission options and similar fuel efficiency as the otherengine option.
